I needed a new waistband as I work out at home on a treadmill. I looked a the reviews before I bought it and decided to buy a medium. I have been using it almost everyday since I received it. It fit perfectly and I wear a size small to medium shirt. I have never had one that's was for the whole upper body but I like it and will continue to use this and when it wears out I would buy another one.

Good quality and cheap price! It is very comfortable to wear, especially to the gym. It really makes you sweat a lot, which is very helpful for detoxification! It can also help you reduce the waist and back inches.As to the back support,it did a great job. It gives me great compression and firm control. so I am satisfied with the seller's service ,that is excellent.
