RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1.If you are not satisfied our product,you can cantact our helpful customer support( email@example.com)within 24 hours after received the package to get an easy refund.
2,If your return/refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must follow the following process:
1.you must be contact us before you return the items.Items sent back to us without requesting a return or refund will not be accepted.
2.Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Goods have been used for more than 30 days or have been used will not be returned, and those that have been used will not be returned or exchanged;

REFUNDS (IF ACCEPTED)
1.Once your return is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.It will take us 3 to 5 business days to process your return.
2.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF ACCEPTED)
1.If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time(5 to 10 business days) before your refund is officially posted.
2.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Shipping fee instructions for return
(1) If the product is returned or returned without quality problems,you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
